Mr. Scovil started his sales career over 25 years ago in the Resort Real Estate Industry, where he honed his sales skills with Wyndham World Wide. He then ventured into the land sales business with Ginn Clubs and Resorts in the Orlando market. He is currently the V.P. of Sales for Ginn TN Real Estate in the Pigeon Forge cabin market.
After setting sales records in each of his first four years with Wyndham WorldWide, Mr. Scovil had the opportunity to break into the land sales business with Ginn Clubs and Resorts. Mr. Scovil was the top sales executive for the entire company 3 years running, with his best year being 122 sales totaling almost $125 Million Dollars.
Mr. Scovil was then quickly recruited as the V.P. of Sales for Land Resource, where he was responsible for 12 communities along the East Coast. He built a top-notch sales organization leading 10 project directors and over 150 sales professionals to 3 years of record breaking sales performances!
Mr. Scovil’s list of accomplishments include record setting sales 4 straight years with Wyndham WorldWide, 3 straight years of record producing sales with Ginn Clubs and Resorts (including selling $125 Million in a single year) and leading Land Resource to their most lucrative 2 years in the company’s 10 year history with $190 Million in sales!
